This fine twill cotton has a soft sanded finish on one side. It's ideal for trousers and dresses that require some structure, as well as lighter weight jackets. It has a utility look and feel to it. This cloth is Oeko-Tex certified.

Fabric is sold by the 1/2 yard (you may order multiples of 1/2 yards; all yardage us cut as one continuous length.)
