return shipping charges are not credited or refunded.

If you have questions about any pattern, give us a call or send an
email. Our staff has made just about every pattern and can often
help clarify the instructions.
About Our Copyrights
All Folkwear patterns have copyrights registered with the United States Library of Congress. Purchasing a Folkwear pattern gives you the legal right to make it for personal use only. It is a violation of those copyrights to use Folkwear patterns to create garments that you then re-sell online, through craft outlets, in stores, at fairs, events, auctions, or other sites. If you do custom sewing, you can request that a client purchase his or her own copy of a Folkwear pattern that you then make up; this would not be in violation. If you wish to pursue a garment-making enterprise, we recommend that you work with a dressmaker or designer to create your own original patterns, for which you will have your own copyright protection.
